The Restaurant

Our Caribbean-style restaurant has always been a hit with all of our guests, other visitors to Cabarete, and even the locals.  Tables are set up so you can meet  and mingle with people from all over the world.  It's colourful, comfortable and casual...but one of the best things about it is the delicious food. 

Breakfasts are not only healthy but filling.  To get your day started right, we serve fresh orange juice and fantastic Dominican coffee.  We offer a choice of fresh-baked breads, jams, a variety of styles of eggs, pancakes, fresh tropical fruit, and even chocolate.  

Dinners are where our restaurant really comes to life.  Candle-lit tables and a view overlooking the lagoon makes it the perfect place to start off a fun-filled evening. People meet over Presidente beers, cuba libres and tropical cocktails to talk about their day in the sun or on the water.  Our house specialty, 'Churrasco', is world famous and unforgettable.  There are delicious BBQ combinations, fish, shrimp, lobster, calamari and a variety of different meat dishes to choose from.  We offer plenty of vegetables, rice, potatoes, beans, salads, and fruit...so Vegetarians will never go hungry either! 

Our staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great.  After a few drinks, some great food, and entertaining conversation, you can either head off to bed or make your way into town to continue partying or to dance the night away.
